Board signs range of procurement contracts for IT, public safety and facilities

The board approved a series of procurement and contract actions affecting information technology, public safety and county facilities.
Contracts approved include an ESRI GIS licensing renewal not to exceed $20,837.13 (Res. 26-286), a PowerDMS subscription for law-enforcement policy management not to exceed $15,339.54 (Res. 26-276), and a Lexipol wellness solution implementation and subscription not to exceed $29,500 (Res. 26-281). The Sheriff’s Department was authorized to accept NYS OGS vehicle marketplace awards: three marked 2026 Dodge Durangos from Falls Dodge for a total not to exceed $121,716.63 (Res. 26-277) and one unmarked 2026 Dodge Durango from Bob Johnson for $42,125 (Res. 26-278). The board also approved a controlled demolition contract for 44 Center Street with Metro Environmental not to exceed $49,500 (Res. 26-272) and air sampling and lab analysis with Paradigm Environmental Services not to exceed $5,880 (Res. 26-273).
These items were carried on consent with typical contingency language requiring County Attorney approval and contingent funding availability. The approved contracts position county departments to update enterprise software, maintain policy and training infrastructure for public safety, and advance building-safety work at county facilities.
