Director Erika Roeder updated the committee that the Zoning office is 58 permits ahead of last year and continues to process POWTS and TRH notices and septic inspections while assisting new residents with setback measurements for planned construction. The office is also working on shoreland and floodplain ordinance updates.
The committee reviewed and accepted the financial report (motion by Karen Lauer, second by Jeff Nevala) and set the next meeting for 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Chairman Patrick Hanson moved to adjourn and the motion carried.
