Zoning committee approves two rezones and a two-lot CSM

For the Tilton rezone, Karen Lauer moved to approve and Jeff Nevala seconded; the motion carried. The Smith/Fornero rezone was moved by Steve Finco and seconded by Jeff Nevala and carried. Finco moved to approve the 2-lot CSM with a second from Gary Kessler; the motion carried. No vote tallies by name were recorded in the minutes beyond motions and confirmations of approval.
