The minutes list specific contractors and contract numbers to which this policy applies (including Bay Logging RM 2908; Corullo Forest Products contracts 2872, 2875, 2886 and 2817; Futurewood Corp 2809; Ottawa Forest Products 2915; and Sappi North America contracts 2910 and 2916). The motion carried with all members recorded as in favor. County staff will apply the extension terms to the named contracts and monitor payments per the approved policy.
