Council OKs police vehicle purchase and Live Scan grant contract

Councilmember Rogers moved the vehicle purchase and Councilmember Thompson seconded; the roll calls for both items were unanimous.
The vehicle purchase will be charged to the police equipment replacement fund. The Live Scan purchase is tied directly to the MSP grant referenced in the agenda; materials state the city will be reimbursed through the grant program.
