Student urges Wellington trustees to create youth advisory board

The presenter praised Phillips' initiative, saying it "takes a lot of courage and initiative to come to a town process and speak these types of ideas." The board directed staff to consider next steps for an advisory or liaison arrangement and to report back with options.
