Trustee McConnell moved to accept the Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Trustee Rojas. Trustee Kolling moved and Trustee Hopkins seconded the motion to accept current bills. The minutes record all motions carried with all trustees voting 'Aye.'
After routine business the board approved adjournment at 7:26 PM; the next regular meeting is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Village Board Room.
