The council also approved a temporary 'Class B' wine and 'Class B' beer license for Old Main Cultural Center for March 20, 2026 (motion by Dave Carlson; second by Ryker Todd) and a Temporary Operator’s License for Robert Grover for March 20, 2026 (motion by Jean Seely; Rob Grover abstained).
Separately, council approved accounts payable and manual checks totaling $1,056,008.49 across funds: General $662,748.68; Sewer $11,219.57; Water $7,425.05; Capital Projects $354,446.96; ARPA $2,344.23; Library $17,824.00. The motion to approve payments was moved by Jesse Swing and seconded by Dave Carlson; roll-call votes were recorded as yes by council members present.
