The committee also made changes to the Capitalization Policy and plans to submit the revised policy to council in March.
Separately, Library Director Laura Oanes noted an attachment to the submitted monthly report showing proposed future improvements to the library Community Room. The minutes do not include bid amounts, preferred bidder, or a construction timeline; the committee review and council action are the next steps recorded in the minutes.
