The Board agreed to accept Section 901 grant reimbursement funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for the completed Rail Waste Transfer Feasibility Study and authorized the necessary documents enabling Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority (LCSWMA) to receive reimbursement of eligible consultant expenses directly.
Commissioner Parsons moved and Commissioner Yoder seconded the action; the motion passed unanimously. Officials instructed staff to execute grant documents so LCSWMA can close out eligible expenses and receive reimbursement.
