The Board on June 24 approved a renewal agreement with Tenfold of Lancaster for $105,000 to provide rental assistance services, fair housing advocacy and education for residents with mental health or intellectual and developmental disabilities, and oversight of units designated as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. The contract term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, funded through Human Service Development Funds.
Commissioner Yoder moved and Commissioner Parsons seconded the renewal; motions passed unanimously.
