Richard Rodriguez explained the lot's history—Camaro Beach addition was platted in 1975 before current Lake Park setbacks—and showed site plans and Beacon maps illustrating the building location.
Hildebrandt said the proposed door will face the road and that many neighboring garages line up similarly; no public opposition was recorded and the board concluded the requested variance was the minimum necessary to make reasonable use of the property and granted approval with conditions consistent with the findings.
