Kopecki clarified that fungicides had been omitted from the initial staff summary and asked that fungicides be added to the findings; staff agreed and noted the relevant South Dakota codified laws (SDCL citations were read) and licensing requirements. The board approved the conditional use with the county findings and required compliance with state licensing.
