Board affirms two committee appointments; one vote includes an abstention

The board also affirmed the appointment of Nick Kesler to the Palisades Pond Lake District Board of Commissioners for a term to expire April 17, 2028. The motion to affirm the administrator’s recommendation was moved by Supervisor Thunes and seconded by Supervisor McCann; the minutes record the vote as 18 ayes, 1 abstention (Kesler) and 2 excused (LaTour and Machesky).
