Commission approves change order for Justice Center roof repairs

Bobby, a maintenance department staff member who presented the item, said the problem areas are the outer sections above the two front vestibules and one on the back where "the old roofing has been peeling up and rolled up," allowing water to penetrate. He said the contractor will install double layers and a stone application to match the rest of the complex. The resolution was adopted by recorded unanimous vote (three in favor, zero opposed).
