The Calumet County Board enacted four zoning-code ordinances on May 19 (2026-02 through 2026-05) amending Chapter 82 to reclassify or otherwise change zoning for specific properties in the towns of Brillion and New Holstein and for property of named owners. Supervisor Budde moved to enact Ordinances 2026-02, 2026-03, 2026-04 and 2026-05; Supervisor Thunes seconded. The motion carried unanimously with 19 ayes, 0 nays and 2 excused (LaTour and Machesky).
The meeting minutes list the ordinance numbers and the property owners or towns affected (Rodney Haese; Alfred & Janice Keuler Trust; Andy Schuh; Michael Pickell) but do not include ordinance text, map changes, conditions, or staff reports in the minutes excerpt. Because the ordinances were enacted together with a single motion, interested parties should consult the county planning and zoning office for full ordinance language, maps, and any conditions attached to approvals.
