Council awards $142,413 roof-replacement contract to A1 Property Services

The Lantana Town Council authorized a contract with A1 Property Services for roof replacements at the Public Services office and the town recreation center in the aggregate amount of $142,413. Staff said seven bids were received and that A1 was the lowest responsible bidder; the council approved the contract and authorized the town manager to execute the agreement and any amendments.
Vanessa presented the procurement summary and noted the project was included in the FY25–26 capital improvement plan. Council asked whether there were public comments; none were offered. The motion to award the contract passed 5-0.
The contract will proceed under the town manager’s execution authority and work scheduling will be coordinated with Public Services.
