The board approved several administrative items during the meeting. A ClearRisk training was scheduled for the September meeting to cover board roles and responsibilities, and the board approved Resolution 2024-16 after a motion and second. The board also reviewed and approved an MSOC disclosure (NSOC form) confirming state-supplied materials and related spending are being used appropriately.
On fees, the chair said the district had raised band and guitar rental fees and a motion to approve general fund ASB fees for 2024–25 carried. Katie said the state tool that sets the minimum adult lunch price had not been released yet and the adult lunch price might need to be increased next month. The board approved a clerical correction to Sue's contract (a $2.26 correction) and approved proposed coaching salaries for 2025–26; a salary schedule from Dustin Arlt was submitted for future review.
