Kay Ann Miller moved to approve docket PC26020, the motion was seconded and the commission approved the sign permit with Jason Scott recorded as abstaining.
"The Cat Eye Collective is a tattoo and beauty collective of booth rep professionals," Covey told the commission, describing the range of services planned for the space.
