At its Sept. 18 meeting the Castle Pines Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recorded two formal recommendations to City Council.
1) Coyote Ridge Baseball Field improvements — motion to recommend City Council approve $1,665,537 for field improvements. Motion moved by the chair, seconded, and passed by recorded vote.
2) Trail naming recommendations — motion to recommend City Council adopt names for multiple trail segments (Monarch Trail; Parkway Trail; Buffalo Way; Daniels Gate Trail; Daniel Spur; Power Ridge). Motion moved by the chair, seconded, and passed by recorded vote.
Both items are advisory recommendations to City Council; final authorization, any contracting, and signage implementation are subject to council action and procurement rules. The meeting minutes show no recorded dissent among members in attendance.
