"Colorado DesignScapes offers the best overall value, reliability, and service for the 2025 to 2026 season," the presenter said.
Council members pressed on operational questions including cul‑de‑sac clearing priority, contract response thresholds (how many inches or hours until crews are deployed) and budget impacts as the city’s accepted street network grows. Staff noted procedures are included in the bid documents that define priority 1–3 streets and clearance expectations; budget carryover and seasonal budgeting will cover the 2025–26 season.
