The resolution passed on a 2-0 vote.
The panel also approved Resolution 26-67, a work order (No. 5398) with Great River Engineering for Road & Bridge engineering services; staff described the scope as inspections and placement of steel. Resolution 26-68 authorized a memorandum of understanding to access the state vital records database so county staff can print birth and death certificates, which staff estimated could generate about $90,000 annually. Resolution 26-69 awarded the required public notice publication for the county tax sale to the successful bidder; staff said there was a single bid from a Tribune/Times paper. Each of these passed by recorded votes of "2 votes for, 0 against."
