County ratifies May tax sale; three properties sold to GT Properties LLC

Pearson (aye), and the vote was made unanimous," the minutes say.
The minutes do not list parcel identifiers, property addresses, or sale prices. The clerk's office will file final documentation and transfer ownership per county tax-sale procedures.
