Alderman Mike Risko moved the approval and Alderman Jeff Elliott seconded; the vote was 4–0 with two members absent.
MSA representative Jared Flurh told the council the contractor is addressing a punch list with a hoped-for closeout next month and that an asphalt overage is under review; further details will be provided at the next meeting.
