• Approved accounts payable totaling $63,767.98 and approved Oct. 20 commission minutes (motions by Commissioner Carla Grund; seconded by Commissioner Duane Morris). Vote: 3-0.
• Moved to executive session under the Non-Elected Personnel exception to the Kansas Open Meetings Act for museum personnel (15 minutes); no action was taken in session. After the session, the board offered Elizabeth Lockhart the museum curator position as a '999' employee (motion by Commissioner Duane Morris; seconded by Commissioner Scott Mortimer). Vote: 3-0.
