Karl Leech reported that an ambulance entered a Schwartz hog facility and that odors were not noticeable until inside the building, raising local odor and potential public-safety concerns. Renette Steinbrock asked about water-pumping costs for farmers and about recording meetings. The board acknowledged the questions and said staff and legal counsel would follow up as needed.
