Commissioners adopt Ottawa County risk-management and cyber security disaster plans

Marie Ballou, Emergency Management Director, returned to present a revised cyber security disaster plan and requested formal adoption of the county's Risk Management Plan. Commissioners agreed a clarification should be made in the cyber security plan and then unanimously approved the Ottawa County Risk Management Plan and Cyber Security Disaster Plan.
Commissioner Carla Grund moved for approval and Commissioner Duane Morris seconded; the motion passed 3-0. The plans will be filed with county records and staff were directed to implement the clarifications discussed at the meeting.
