The resolution specifies payments may include freight, postage, utilities, contractual services and certified payrolls where compensation has been fixed by the board.
Later in the meeting the board adopted Resolution #01-02-2026E appointing Auditor Lisa Plecker as Van Buren County's Title VI Coordinator and authorized the chairman to sign an updated Title VI Non-Discrimination Agreement, Policy Statement, and Standard Assurances with the Iowa Department of Transportation. The action was recorded by roll call with Waugh not present and Ayes from House and Meek for other routine administrative approvals.
