Town staff told the council on March 23 that the Lantana Beach Master Plan community workshop held March 14 was well attended and provided meaningful resident feedback.
Mr. Raducci reported about 70 people attended the workshop and that staff had received approximately 350 survey responses to a 19-question online survey available in English, Creole and Spanish. Council members and staff urged residents who have not yet responded to complete the survey in the coming week; staff said the responses will inform possible concepts for the beachfront area including public art and other improvements.
The town plans to keep the survey open for another week and will return results to council for consideration as part of upcoming visioning and budget discussions.
