Roberta Lohman pressed the board on the factual findings, asking, "how can you come to those conclusions without knowing what the projected plans, lot size" and asked the board to reconsider approval until residents have access to plats and lot-size information. Christine Bunch urged the board to require a traffic study and suggested denser development could increase crime; the presiding officer later reminded her of the city's rules of order and asked her to leave after remarks the chair deemed personal and slanderous.
