Reeves then moved to approve the minutes of the July 13, 2026 special meeting; Martin seconded. That motion also passed unanimously.
The board next considered county funds: Reeves moved to "approve the Unencumbered Balances from FY 2025-2026 to FY 2026-2027," a motion Martin seconded. The vote was Reeves — Aye; Martin — Aye, and the motion carried, authorizing the transfer of unencumbered balances into the next fiscal year. Finally, Reeves moved to adjourn; Martin seconded and the board voted to adjourn. The minutes were attested by County Clerk Tiffany Buchanan.
