Mason Haycock moved to recommend approval of the zone change and ordinance to the County Commission; Doug Heaton seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The commission discussed disposal of oil and maintenance materials and potential measures to limit impacts on neighboring properties; final conditions and oversight will be considered by the County Commission during final action.
