After cemetery theft, Wilbur council approves two solar/cell cameras for trial

The minutes state the existing game cameras were insufficient because they "burn out batteries fast and the memory cards fill up."
Clerk/Treasurer Melissa Bulger advised council on a replacement option, calling it "a security camera that runs off of a cell phone service and is powered by both solar and a back up battery." The council approved purchasing two of those cameras for trial deployment—one for the cemetery and one for the town park—to provide alerts to public works when activity is detected outside expected hours.
