Wilbur council approves payroll, accounts-payable batches and signs year-end reports

Shawn Phelps seconded the motion and "all were in favor," the minutes record. Those items and the March 17, 2026 minutes were approved as presented.
Clerk/Treasurer Melissa Bulger also presented the town's year-end reports and had council members sign them during the meeting. The council recorded no further discussion on the year-end materials during the session. The consent vote and signatures complete routine fiscal and administrative steps that the town takes before closing its fiscal year accounts.
