Marcela Treiber identified herself at the podium before bidding. After the final bid, the Chair moved to sell the parcel to "Missus Treiber for $1,000," and the board approved the motion. The Chair directed Treiber to see Heather in the back of the room to complete sale paperwork.
The auction was conducted on the record during the meeting and the board recorded the sale as approved by unanimous vote.
