Rusty said he is coordinating with city staff and expects deliverables earlier than the extended date but that legal counsel suggested the later date to ensure time for final analysis, reports and invoicing. Staff discussed a possible briefing with Jensen Hughes on Dec. 16 (tentative) so the firm can brief city and county leaders in one day. Rusty told the commission staff expect to receive deliverables prior to the end of January and likely within the month if schedules permit.
