Historic board to schedule workshop on drainage, notice and design guidance for floodplain areas

Staff asked board members to submit topics for the workshop in advance and said notices would be circulated when a date is fixed.
Board members emphasized a desire to reconcile historic preservation objectives with floodplain realities and asked staff to compile potential workshop topics in writing ahead of the meeting. Staff said the workshop would be scheduled and notified to the public via the city website.
