Byron council amends agenda, adjourns special meeting at 12:41 p.m.

Mayor Michael Chidester called the City of Byron Mayor and Council to order at 12:00 p.m. on Feb. 18 for a special session. At the start of the meeting the mayor asked that the agenda be amended to remove item (1) because it will appear on the regular council agenda next month; the amendment was accepted.
City Clerk Telina Allred recorded that Mayor Michael Chidester and council members James Richardson, Rusty Adams, Michael Chumbley, Chris Hodges and Alan Dorsey were present. City Administrator Tiffany Sandefur attended; City Attorney Brian Causey was absent. Two visitors were present and no media representatives attended. The meeting was adjourned at 12:41 p.m. on a motion by Michael Chumbley, seconded by Chris Hodges; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
