Council members asked the developer to pursue a curb cut from the Department of Transportation to provide an exit to the community and an entrance into the subdivision, and to align a road to parcel 052A 081 before proceeding further.
The motion approved by the council was explicitly conditional: staff and the developer must answer the outstanding project questions before the city proceeds with grant-related commitments.
