The chair presented the Braveheart rural and improved split (submitted by Sandra Horton) for the East Zion area and approved it conditionally, pending final approval by Tom Avad.
"Their total amount of acreage is 95 acres and they will have a total of 4 new parcels with the minimum lot size of 10 acres," the chair said. The chair added that the property is currently zoned AG and will be recorded as AG FAA, which the chair said must remain in place for five years.
The approval recorded in the meeting transcript was conditional; county staff will need to confirm the FAA designation is recorded and that Tom Avad completes the final administrative review before the split is finalized.
