The commission adopted conditions requiring screening of approximately six feet where used, and the final landscape plan will be subject to chair and staff approval prior to permit issuance.
The commission ultimately accepted a set of conditions that let the applicant proceed on a modified design while imposing limits (deck size, railing placement, and landscaping) to reduce privacy and lighting impacts on adjacent homes.
