At its Dec. 9 meeting the Shasta Union High School District Board approved a package of routine items and formal actions, all recorded in the adopted minutes. Highlights include: ratification of warrants and payroll (RES. 25-264), declaration of surplus IT equipment (RES. 25-265), approval of curriculum proposals (RES. 25-266), field trips for EHS and FHS (RES. 25-267), Human Resources Action Report (RES. 25-268), a new job description for a Program Support Maintenance I Worker (RES. 25-269), approval of the minutes and excusal of an earlier absence (RES. 25-270 and RES. 25-271), approval of the Foothill High School Crab Feed and Auction (RES. 25-272), the First Interim Budget (RES. 25-273) and the Annual Developer Fee Report (RES. 25-274).
Most motions passed unanimously (5-0) with Student Board Member votes recorded as advisory where noted. The Board adjourned at 7:53 p.m. (RES. 25-275). The minutes list movers, seconders and recorded tallies for each action; no contested roll-call votes were recorded in the minutes.
