The Board approved the Human Resources Action Report (RES. 25-251) and updates to the certificated handbook (RES. 25-252). Trustees also approved certificated staff teaching outside of their credential area under RES. 25-253.
Board members took these personnel and policy actions as part of the consent agenda; the minutes record the motions as carried 4-0. District staff noted that negotiations conversations are starting and that SSEA lead negotiator Sheena Thurston is reviewing the contract and the RTI MOU in preparation for bargaining.
