The Shasta Union High School District Governing Board unanimously elected Andrea Hoheisel as president for 2026, Luke Wilson as president-elect and Mike Bridges as clerk during its Dec. 9 meeting. Nominations and seconds were recorded on the floor and each motion carried 5-0, with Student Board Member Heaven Torrez casting an aye vote.
The Board also appointed Superintendent Owen Crosby as the Board’s executive secretary for 2025, a routine designation under Education Code procedures. The votes were recorded as procedural actions tied to the district’s annual governance assignments and liaison appointments to area schools and committees.
