Council approves April expenditures, records ARPA refund and directs administrative follow-up

City Recorder Nicole Tritten submitted the city's financial documents and reported administrative matters. She said one Budget Committee member withdrew leaving eight members for the year, and reminded the Council the annual ARPA report is due April 30; she noted $2,353 in unobligated ARPA funds must be refunded to the U.S. Treasury.
Councilor Huey moved to approve April expenditures totaling $61,093.99; Councilor Love seconded and the motion carried 3–0. On citizen concern, Westfir resident Randy Stark requested $500 to install a floor in a donated shed near the sewer plant; the Council agreed Highway Funds could be used and approved the $500. Nicole also updated the Council on an administrative warrant process with Oakridge Municipal Court and said the City's attorney may need to appear in person; the Council directed her to continue pursuing the process.
