The Byron Mayor and Council on April 14 authorized the Mayor to sign an agreement with Battle of Byron, Inc., and approved a resolution accepting Hudson Drive into the City of Byron’s municipal street system as part of the public road inventory. The minutes cite the recorded plat at Deed Book 29, Page 95 in the Peach County Superior Court Clerk’s records as the basis for adoption of the street.
