The planning commission moved to continue the design-review application for 105 Golden Gate Avenue and to extend the existing design-review approval while the applicant consults with the property owner.
Staff said the architect requested the continuance so the project team could complete additional consultation with the owner before returning to the commission. "The architect working in the 105 Golden Gate Avenue project has asked for a continuance to the matter," a staff member said, and recommended a motion to continue the item and extend the design-review approval until it can be reheard.
A motion to continue and extend the approval was offered and seconded. One commissioner noted a recusal: "I'm recused from 105," a commissioner stated on the record. The motion to continue carried by voice vote; staff will return the item to a future agenda when additional consultation with the owner is complete.
