Trustees approved the consent agenda covering minutes, donations, service agreements and technical and maintenance contracts, but pulled warrant 8B3 (dated 11/04/2024) for separate consideration. One trustee recused themself from that warrant "out of an abundance of caution," and the board then moved to approve the warrant in a subsequent vote.
During consent discussion the board also approved technical services agreements (including a managed services agreement with AMS.NET and a sound and signal annual inspection agreement), accepted the temporary classrooms project O123 as complete and authorized filing a notice of completion, and approved a hazardous materials pre‑renovation estimate for upcoming kitchen and ceiling work. "I am now going to recuse myself from consideration and approval of the warrant dated 11/04/2024," a trustee announced before the separate vote.
The consent approvals cleared multiple routine operational items and allowed the board to focus on bond projects and budget issues elsewhere on the agenda.
