Board approves consent agenda; trustee recuses from one warrant voted separately
Summary

"I am now going to recuse myself from consideration and approval of the warrant dated 11/04/2024," a trustee announced before the separate vote.
The consent approvals cleared multiple routine operational items and allowed the board to focus on bond projects and budget issues elsewhere on the agenda.
