Parents urge attention to equity, special education and practical access during Sunnyvale board meeting

Several parents recounted incidents of bullying in restrooms and urged design choices — such as nearby single-occupancy stalls and stall-based menstrual-product access — that would make students safer and reduce barriers to attending and staying in school.
