Marie Knight said she would email the committee a link to a shared Google document with navigation aids and asked that committee members log any questions — noting it is helpful to reference page numbers — by May 10 so staff have time to respond before the next meeting on May 14. "Please log any questions by May 10th," she said, and added that all committee members will be able to see both questions and responses in the shared document.
The committee was instructed to use the shared file to surface questions and clarifications; staff committed to answering queries in that space to keep the record transparent ahead of the committee’s May 14 review and any subsequent budget decisions.
